Mitja Birlo, awarded two Michelin stars and 17 Gault-Millau points, loves to emerge from his kitchen and to prepare tapas at the table while his guests watch. Touching base with his guests is particulary important to him because meals bring people together. To ensure that you personally get to touch base, the number of persons seated each evening is limited.
