We kindly ask guests to respect our non-smoking policy in all rooms and public indoor areas. We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of CHF 250 if guests smoke in the room.
Pets
Your four-legged friend is welcome at 7132 Hotel 5S and 7132 House of Architects, as well at 7132 Blue Bar, 7132 daPapà and 7132 Glenner Restaurant. Pets are not allowed at 7132 Silver, 7132 Red and our 7132 Thermal Baths. The charge is CHF 30 per night excl. food.
Garage Space
Our valet parking service will take care of your car. On request and upon availability we provide covered garage spaces for CHF 25 per night.

Cancellations
Free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. For cancellations after that or no-shows, 100% of the booking value will be charged as cancellation fee. During the Christmas / New Year's period, cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
Children - 7132 Hotel 5ˢ
Up to two children until age 6 sleep in their parents’ room free of charge. Until age 12 we charge CHF 29 without and CHF 150 with an additional bed per child per night. For a child above age 13 with two adults we charge CHF 150 per night. For a child above age 13 with one adult we charge the regular rate for two adults. For two children without adults we charge the price for one adult and the surcharge for the second child according to their age. These prices include breakfast for the children. Extra beds are provided by the hotel from Spa Deluxe category or higher.
Children - House of Architects
One child until age 6 sleeps in their parents’ room free of charge in the same bed. For one child until age 12 we charge an additional CHF 19 per night incl. breakfast. For two children without adults we charge the price for one adult and the surcharge for the second child according to their age. Extra beds are not available at the House of Architects.
Children - Meals
Children until age 12 can choose from our kids menu.
Children - Admission
Please note that children of hotel guests under 3 years are not admitted to the thermal baths.
Arrival & Departure
When arriving by car during the winter months we recommend ensuring your vehicle is equipped for winter roads. You can check the current road conditions on this website of the canton of Grisons.
Your room is available from 3 pm on the day you arrive. If you arrive earlier, you can use the thermal baths from 11 am on your arrival day. Please vacate your room by 11 am on the day of departure; you may enjoy the thermal baths for the remainder of this day if accessed before 12 pm.
On Mondays, the hotel and all restaurant outlets close at 12 pm while the 7132 Thermal Baths remain open until 6 pm. Exceptions may apply during public holidays.
