Our favorite winemakers come to Vals for an exciting masterclass and tasting. Executive Chef Matthias Schmidberger will then create the appropriate 4-course menu. Choose your preferred wine pairing from a unique selection of open wines.
Before the Fromm winery from Malans and the nearby Reichenau Castle, Matthias & Sina Gubler-Möhr from Wingut Möhr-Niggli in Maienfeld will visit us on Saturday, June 1st. The winemaking duo, known far beyond the region and already ennobled by Robert Parker's Wine Advocate, creates complex terroir wines in Graubünden and Baselland.
